Return & Exchange

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns, exchanges & cancellations, as all our pieces are made to order, and we don’t keeping inventory!
It is strongly suggested to read our size chart carefully and send your additional body measurements, taken by professional tailor or seamstress. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements, or weight loss or gain after an order is placed.
Please reach out to us if you have any questions and concerns prior placing order, we would love to assist you and guide you through any concerns.


Orders are shipped 8 to 10 weeks from the WEEK of your order, not the exact day. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, it is recommended that you order AT LEAST 14 to 16 weeks prior to your wear date to allow for alterations after arrival.
You will be informed with email notification from us when your item has shipped and the tracking number will be added to your purchase information. We always ship USPS Priority Mail, so you will receive your dress 2-3 business days after it has been shipped if you are located inside the US.

International Brides

We certainly love to help our international brides, but please are aware that additional fees and taxes may be applied when the items enter your country in addition to a longer ship time. Please contact your customs department to learn more about your countries policies. We are not well versed in the customs policies, duties, or delivery processes of countries outside of the US. We strongly encourage you to research this information so you are able to receive your items without delay. We are unable to assist with delivery once the item has left the United States.
