NYC Wedding

I first met Jacqueline through a mutual friend at a salon in Morristown, where one of my gowns was on display. When she shared that she was engaged, my friend immediately connected us. From our very first meeting, I knew this would be a wonderful journey and an exciting opportunity. Jacqueline envisioned a gown that felt classic but personal. Her summer garden soiree wedding theme called for shades of soft blues, lilacs, lavenders, and a hint of gold — colors that carried both calmness and elegance. We explored ideas together, and when she visited my private suite, she tried on pieces from my collection. Two designs caught her eye: Romancing Petals and Lavender Love from my Symphony of Rose collection as they both had shades of blue.

Keeping her vision and body type in mind, we both felt Lavender Love was the right choice. That moment — when she said yes to the dress, was truly special. I translated her palette into hand-painted florals across her gown and shared the colors with her florist, planner, and cake designer so every element of the celebration tied together seamlessly. On her special day, Jacqueline wore the “Lavender Love” gown — a piece that reflected her vision, her colors, and her story. What I loved most about working with Jacqueline was watching her vision come to life not just in the gown, but across her entire event. For me, it wasn’t only about designing a dress — it was about being part of her story.
